This is more than a workshop. It’s a full experience designed to give you space to learn, actually create, connect with other business owners and creators, and enjoy the retreat while you’re there.

Here’s how the day will flow.

2:00 PM — Welcome + Get Settled

Arrive, grab a drink, meet everyone, and get ready for an afternoon of learning and creating.

2:30 PM — Creating Content With Intention

We’ll break down what makes content worth stopping for — from your hook and message to what your audience actually needs from you.

This isn’t about fitting into one type of content. We’ll talk through how these concepts apply whether you’re marketing a business, building a personal brand, creating UGC, or doing a little bit of everything.

3:15 PM — Turn the Idea Into the Video

We’ll move from strategy into execution: hooks, talking videos, B-roll, angles, storytelling, and how to make a simple idea feel intentional.

4:00 PM — Create With Me

This is where we get hands-on.

You’ll use what we’ve talked about to actually start creating your own content around the retreat. I’ll move throughout the group helping you brainstorm, film, troubleshoot, and make adjustments in real time.

5:15 PM — Edit + CapCut Touch Base

Because you’ll receive my $97 CapCut Editing Course before the retreat, this won’t be another full CapCut class.

Instead, we’ll make sure you understand how to take what you filmed and bring it together — and I’ll be available to answer questions or help when you get stuck.

6:00 PM — Dinner + Connection

The structured teaching ends, but the retreat doesn’t.

From 6:00–8:00 PM, we’ll eat dinner, connect, talk business, swap ideas, and actually enjoy being around other people who understand what it’s like to build something online.

8:00 PM — Day Pass Guests Head Home

Day Pass guests wrap up after dinner.

Overnight guests? This is where the second half of the experience begins.

Your Overnight Experience Includes:

You’ll have time to actually enjoy Retreat OKC — hang by the heated pool, play games, sit around the fire, talk business, ask questions, swap ideas, and connect without trying to squeeze everything into the daytime schedule.

This part is intentionally more relaxed. No rushing. No packed agenda. Just a smaller group, deeper conversations, and more time together.

  • No. Your registration includes my $97 CapCut Editing Course before the retreat. I recommend completing it before you arrive so you understand the basics and we can use our time together for hands-on help, questions, and creating.

  • Yes. This is not an all-day lecture or workshop where you leave with a notebook full of ideas and nothing filmed. A big part of the retreat is dedicated to actually creating content while you have support there with you.

  • Bring your phone, charger, tripod if you have one, and any products, props, outfits, or items that would make sense for the content you want to create for your business or brand.

  • Yes. Dinner is included for both Day Pass and Overnight guests.

  • The daytime portion of the retreat is intentionally packed with teaching and hands-on creating, so the recreational amenities are primarily part of the overnight experience.

  • Everything included in the Day Pass, plus overnight accommodations, evening amenities, additional time to connect and mastermind, breakfast, and an exclusive next-morning session.

  • No. All of the core retreat teaching and hands-on content creation happens during the Day Pass portion from 2:00–8:00 PM. The overnight option adds more connection time, amenities, accommodations, and the exclusive morning session.

A Few Important Details

Your exact retreat address and final arrival instructions will be emailed to you before the event.

Because space is intentionally limited — especially for overnight guests — all retreat registrations are final. If you’re unable to attend, your spot may be transferred to another person with advance notice.

Overnight registration is limited to 4 guests.

By registering for and attending The Reel Deal Content Retreat, you acknowledge that photography and video recording may take place throughout the event. These images and recordings may be used by The Reel Deal for marketing, promotional, social media, and future event purposes.

If you prefer not to appear in photos or video, please let us know before the retreat or upon arrival so we can do our best to accommodate your request.
